ERP is Exposure-Response Prevention. It is the gold-standard and evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders. I am trained and specialized in this modality. By exposure and learning to tolerate fear without resorting to compulsions temporary relief, ERP breaks that cycle gradually overtime without flooding.

When I began my counseling practice in 2017, Teen and Adult men naturally filled my caseload without even advertising to them.
What I heard from them is that they wanted a male therapist with whom they felt comfortable sharing personal matters. And families actually enjoyed having a male therapist for their teen to discuss emotions and demonstrate vulnerability.
I have since decided to dedicate my work to men’s health and men’s therapy because they need a place to talk.
